Dear guests and future guests of Rico Plage,
The new owners took over the property on November 1st, and the work is in progress. In addition to necessary repairs (roofs, painting, etc.), all bungalows will be equipped with air conditioning this winter, the property will be fenced, the dune will be protected, and so on, while Rico will remain Rico. So, no additional bungalows, no pool... Due to these time-consuming renovations, we will not be able to open until June 5th, 2026.
